The spear slipped out of his chest and he fell to the ground on his back. Seeing this, Freya slumped on the ground.
“That was close. I would have died if I hadn’t done it right…”
She smiled wryly.
Freya had been aiming for a telekinetic attack since the beginning of the battle. However, destroying a part of the human body is not that easy. The effect of the skill, telekinesis, weakens the farther away the target is from the caster. With her current power, it is impossible unless she approaches a radius of two meters. Moving on to his next attack, Pero unleashed a straight right that cut through the wind. Rezena easily parried his fist and then she slammed a kick into Pero’s face.

Pero was blown away by a strong blow. After about six meters, he fell to the ground, and despite the pain, Pero stood up. However, Rezena was already in front of him wielding an axe.
“Ahahahaha! Goodbye doggie!”
As such decisive blow was about to be struck, Pero instinctively prepared for death. Trying to crush his skull, the axe is slowly lowered and reflects dim light. It is no longer possible to escape.
But then he noticed something strange. Looking closely, he can see that the time around him is flowing very slowly. The axe was still in the process of being swung down, and Rezena was defenseless.

It can be used continuously, but if you use it three times, there will be a time lag of one second before the next activation. The axe slammed on the ground and the soil gouges out as if it had exploded. In the next moment, the axe made a sudden shift and aimed at Pero’s neck. Pero quickly distances himself from Rezena but she immediately finds Pero and follows him up with a strong stride. Before one knows, it now turned into a chase between Pero and Rezena.
“What to do?…. If we continue like this, I won’t be able to win…”
Pero felt stuck as he continued to dodge. He won’t lose, but he can’t win either. Well, he knew that his skill would no longer stop Rezena.
Then at that moment, he noticed that his body is glowing.
“Don’t tell me… I’m leveling up at this time!? Damn!, this is bad. I may get killed in this way!”
Contrary to his feelings, the light emitted from his body is increasing in intensity. Rezena doesn’t notice this and chases after Pero in an attempt to kill him.
And then came Pero’s moment of level up. A flash of light radiates from his whole body, and his figure becomes blurry. The intense amount of light made Rezena cover her eyes instinctively, and then her vision went numb.
“Uh-!, what happened!? I can’t see!? Why!? What’s going on!”
She lost sight of Pero. She presses her eyes, feeling flustered.
Meanwhile, Pero’s body continued to grow rapidly. He has grown further from the height of an adult man, reaching 2m and 50cm. His face becomes even more wolf-like, and his fangs become even sharper. His arms and legs are now as thick as the trunk of a tree. You can even see the bulge of his muscles even through his fur. The gauntlet he was wearing burst into pieces, and sharp claws like knives protruded from his fingertips.
When the light subsided, Pero’s eyes widened at his own growth. He can feel a surge of vitality that cannot be suppressed. He finally turns into an adult. He can no longer see the trace of his childhood.

Rezena spoke as she stood up. However, she wasn’t able to finish her words when she saw Pero. In a matter of seconds, his appearance had changed completely. His appearance is no longer of that fleeing beast from earlier. A predator. That is the appearance of a fully grown beast that came to hunt.

After confirming that Rezena is dead, Pero walks to Freya.

Freya buried her face in Pero’s chest and with such heavy breathing, she snorted contentedly. Pero smiled bitterly at the situation, but he was relieved and glad that they both survived.
“Freya-san, there are no more enemies here so let’s go to where my father is first.”
