Although it was something I had read in a book about other worlds in my previous life, it’s probably not entirely wrong.
Inside the adventurer’s guild, there is a reception desk and a place to sell captured prey, and there was also something like a store. It seemed like there was no place that served alcohol, and there were only a few adventurers and mostly staff members.
Shiro looks around the guild restlessly, I took her hand then we headed to the reception desk first.

I went through the process while chatting with the beautiful receptionist. In fact, all the receptionists are beautiful. I smoothly wrote down the necessary information on the designated form. The writing system in this country is close to Romaji, so I could write it somehow.
The occupation section was multiple choice one, so I chose mage and Shiro chose battlemage. After handing over the filled up registration form, we are asked to place our hand on a crystal-like object. It just glowed white, but there was nothing particularly unusual.

What the lady at the reception handed out was something that looked like a blue Ramune candy. As Ao licked the Ramune-like thing, a small crest appeared on his forehead.

With this, the registration was complete, and Shiro enthusiastically raised her hand to receive the cards.
“Oh and, there will be a beginners class tomorrow morning, so please feel free to take it.”
“Does the course have fee?”
“Don’t worry, it’s free.”
I thought they are offering these classes to increase the guild’s income even if just a little. I was grateful for the offer, so I decided to accept it.
“Do you have any other questions?”
“Well, there are two things. I’d like to know if there are any recommended inns in this town, and I killed a wolf on the way here so I’d like to know if you are buying it.”
“Since you have registered as an adventurer, you can submit the materials. Wolf extermination is a permanent request so it will also count as an adventurer achievement. There is a guesthouse called Komadori Inn near the guild that is suitable for beginner adventurers, so I recommend that.”
“I understand. Thank you for everything.”
“You’re welcome.”
It was very helpful as she answered a lot of questions for me. I parted ways with the lady at the reception desk and headed to the place that buys materials. There were a lot of muscular people there, including a tough-looking middle aged man.
“Excuse me, I’d like to sell some materials.”
“Oh, wait a minute, kid.”
The tough looking middle aged man stopped dismantling the monster and came over to me. He is covered in scars. He must have been a former adventurer.
I took out the materials that Ao had drained from my item box and placed them on the table.
“Oh, you killed them nicely. There was no problem with draining the blood either.”
“Ao-chan drained the blood for me.”
“I see, you used slime huh. I can use both meat and fur, so this is all good.”
“Yay!”
Shiro and Ao jumped for joy when the middle aged man praised us for how we handled the materials. I guess the quality of the materials does affect how much cash we can get.
“Does that mean that the valuation would be better if we killed it cleanly?”
“That’s a given. Before you came, a party of noble adventurer brought wolf materials as well. However, theirs were already covered in wounds and the fur was scorched. It was in a terrible state.”
“If the material is in such bad condition, it’s probably impossible to get a high valuation, right?”
“Right. But they shouted out loud asking why the valuation was so low. The adventurers around them just laughed at them though.”
As expected, there are some adventurers out there who don’t know how to get a high valuation. That party seems like they have some personal issues, I don’t want to get involved with them as much as possible.
Now that we’ve finished exchanging the materials for cash, it’s a little early, but I decided to head to the inn that the lady at the reception desk told me about first.
