The Guild Master quickly restrains the woman with a rope. Then she put some kind of magic device on the woman’s neck. It looks like a necklace.
“This is used to restrain magicians. It can prevent them from using magic.”
“There is such a magic tool huh.”
“There are some magicians who commit crimes you see. This tool is available in a few places.”
It must be a magic tool that exists because this is a frontier state.
