Since I started fighting monsters more proactively, my level has risen rapidly. Level 10 is said to be the point where you leave the beginner stage. I’ve also been defeating powerful monsters such as hordes of skeletons, which is a big part of the reason. Normally, those are monsters that people who can clear the Eastern Dungeon would face.
The reason why I am able to fight well is because of my improved abilities due to the 【Sun’s Divine Protection】 and because of this person.

Mia-san wields a chain axe and blows up the shields of the skeletons all at once. Taking advantage of the reach of the chain, she threw it and swept them away.
Also taking that opportunity, I aimed for one of the goblins. I slashed it with my short sword and incapacitates it. After doing that, I jumped back and stood with my back to Mia-san.
“Rion, there is only one skeleton left, do you want to try it?”

We quickly swapped places. I left the goblins to Mia-san and then I aim for the only skeleton left.
The skeleton was surprised that its opponent has changed—it unleashed a sword skill without any hesitation.
However, Mia-san has weakened it, so it moves slowly.
Even if I use my saved trump card, the 【Golden Flame】skill, I know that I won’t be able to win against it yet.
“Alarm!”
I used 【Unseal】on my short sword. A green light then shot out from the crystal on it, sending a gust of wind crashing into the skeleton.
The skeleton’s stance was thrown into disarray. The opening that was created was like a hole in its defense. Not wasting that opening, I jumped up and then I quickly plunged my short sword into its sternum. The skeleton’s torso was destroyed and then it was reduced to ashes. Magic stones scattered everywhere.
“Woof!”
The spirit that I first used the 【Wake up】 skill lives in the blue crystal short sword and lends me its powers. After I wake it up with my skill, it immediately used wind magic. It’s like a thank you for unsealing it.
I have Solana’s protection, Mia-san’s support, and this child as well.
