White wine made from sparkling grapes has been completed. I didn’t brew it with 100% happiness, so it is still Château Gandalcia Special. Although it is not as good as the Château Gandalcia Extra, its taste is reputed to be unrivaled.
We have previously supplied the Chateau Gandalcia Special red wine to the Crown Prince’s wedding party, but this is the first time we have made the white wine counterpart of it.
