Dwarves……

Beings smaller than gods and humans. They are good at blacksmithing and crafting, and many are allies of the gods.

Aalv, who is called the Dwarf of Light (or White Dwarf). There is also Dwerg who is known as the Dwarf of Darkness (or Black Dwarf).

“You’re leaving, aren’t you?”

Lu also stood up.

Today is the morning we will go on a journey. I looked at Lu and we looked at each other as if we were remembering each other’s faces.

It’s not my usual adventure. This time, it’s not just a dungeon exploration where I say “I’m going” in the morning and “I’m back” at night, but a journey along the main road in a horse-drawn carriage.

Lu took something out of the Temple of Odis’ robe she was wearing.

Felix-san is already inside one of the boxed carriages and is looking at me. Mia-san is there too.

The golem’s voice makes the air tremble.

It’s like it’s laughing.

The huge, distorted body was mocking us for being helpless.　

My father taught me that golems are magical creature with no emotions.

….Then, such golems like this really exist?

“Rion, run!”

Mia-san’s chain axe entangled the golem’s right arm.

The floor collapsed under the Mithril Golem’s feet.

The huge body of the golem sinks into the soil up to the knees. Felix-san stroked his chin and Mia-san grinned.

“You too.”

The golem was trying to crawl up using both its arms. Perhaps it was its resistance to magic or the strength of the power it possessed, but gradually, its entire body began to slip away.

“….Golems are armored so that they can protect their entire body most efficiently when they are standing upright. In other words, if they’re bent over…!”

Felix-san’s coronet is sparkling.

The golem’s torso is protected by ancient armor. It was taken in from an unexplored area, but there was a gap in the back side due to its body being bent forward.

『……Ready? If this doesn’t work, then you must unseal me this time. There is no shame in relying on Gods.』

I threw the spear.

The spear is accompanied by Thor’s thunder. Lightning bolts traveled through the stuck spear  and instead of being deflected away, it was sent straight into the golem’s core.

Lightning spurted from its limbs, and the golem puffed out black smoke.

『Haha, just like an injection. Typical of a Valkyria.』

『I’ve never seen anyone use my spear like this.…』

Loki laughed.

Even though I was the one who did it, I can’t believe it was such an amazing effect.

“Vuo, ooooo……!”

The body made of soil crumbles, and the armors it had absorbed scatter like they were exploding.

“Oooo……!”

The lower half of its body had already collapsed. The golem left its legs behind and crawled towards me with only its upper body.

Felix-san shrugs and clapped hands with Mia-san.

A refreshing pop rang out.
