The cat-eared girl is rubbing her eyes and looks around. She seemed to have fully woken up and she is now looking at her hands intently. In the same way, the slime wakes up and curiously looks around.
“Nya? My paws have turned into human hands!”
There seems to be no doubt that this cat-eared girl is the white cat that I held when I got on the bus. The slime also moved. The round squishy body formed tentacles, and it waves them just like the cat-eared girl.
「Fufu, it looks like you two have woken up. I want you both to go to another world with him, so I had you to take the form of a beastman and a slime. The slime is the keychain that was attached to Shun-san’s bag. 」
“Oh, I see. So, I’ve become a cat beastman huh.”
Hmm, somehow, the cat-eared girl easily accepted the reality. She’s still sitting on my lap as she clenches and opens her hands.

“Me? I’m Shun.”

The cat-eared child looked up at me and asked me her name. When I looked closely, the slime in the arms of the cat-eared girl is also looking at me.

I couldn’t stand the two intent gazes, so I asked the woman in front of me for their names.
“Excuse me, what are the names of these two?”
「The two of them are like Shun-san’s family. Shun-san should give them names. 」
Oh. With a smile, she urged that I should name the two of them. The enthusiastic gazes from the two were still at me, they seemed to have high expectations.
“Uhm, since you are originally a white cat, how about I name you Shiro? And since the slime is a beautiful blue color, how about Ao?”
“Okay, my name will be Shiro. Thank you, Shun-oniichan!”
The cat-eared girl looked very happy with the name as she hugged my neck cheerfully. The slime also got on top of the cat-eared girl’s head and hugged me as well. I was worried that the names are too simple, but I’m glad they both liked it.
「Now then, it’s time to talk about you Shun-san. You are now half of your original age. Your appearance has also been modified to fit with the locals. 」
“Oh-. I got younger huh. And for some reason, I’m handsome looking now.”
The woman held out something that looks like a mirror to me which reflected my image. I now have a slightly Western-like appearance, which is a bit strange.
Shiro and Ao are also curious about their reflections in the mirror.
「Shun-san is now a fourteen-year-old so I hope you can adjust your tone to your age. 」
“Uhm, you mean the way I refer to myself, right?”
「Yes. I think that would be better. 」
It all made sense when she pointed that. Instead of referring to myself as I (‘ore’), I can do it in a casual tone, I (‘boku’). From now on, I’ll say it in this way.
