The rain that lasted for about two days finally stopped. The sky is pleasantly clear today. 

Char and I are out exploring the island for the first time in a long while. It’s been a long time since I’ve moved to Gandalcia, but I haven’t explored all parts of the island. There are still many places I haven’t set foot in.

Today we are heading deeper into the island, skirting the mountain in the center of the island to the left.

“Father, I hear the sound of the river!”

Apparently, there is an undiscovered river here. Rare plants often grow on the banks of a river, and animals tend to gather there. It’s best to investigate this thoroughly.

When we pushed the bushes aside, I found a small river about four meters wide. The water is blue and clear, and the aquatic plants in the water shine yellow green in the sunlight. At the bottom of the water, there are a pile of colorful and fine gravel.

Since the number of fish collected increased, this time, I used 3 points to get a large tank. It is 180 cm high and 3 meters wide, so it is quite impressive. It’s like a miniature aquarium.

Nowald-sensei seems to be pleased with the new aquarium. 

For a moment, I thought about using a tropical fish as a gift for Claire, but I decided against it. It would be impossible for Claire, who gets bored easily, to keep living creatures. Besides, I didn’t want to cause the servants any hardship.
